Qualifications

• A Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in software engineering, with significant expertise in leading large-scale projects in supply chain is REQUIRED.
• 3+ years of experience in as active technical lead and or architect in a leadership role
• Proven track record of delivery complex, highly scalable, performant and cost effective projects.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
• Exceptional software development in Java, Spring, Spring boot, Jenkins, GitHub, SQL and NoSQL databases, API with strong knowledge in Cloud technologies (Azure Preferred),
• Deep understanding of cloud technologies, software development practices, and data architectures.Proficiency in technologies relevant to supply chain management, including AI/ML, cloud services (Azure, AWS), and IoT.
• Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and drive technical excellence.
• Strong functional understanding of supply chain management solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of representing the company's technology vision internally and externally.

The salary range for this position is $142,152 - $216,924

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
