We are seeking a Business Process Consultant for a client in the US Intelligence Community. The successful candidate will work closely with office leadership to strategically support efforts relating to change management strategy, governance, risk management, and other business functions. The candidate will perform data analysis and reporting in support of ad-hoc and standing client requests. The candidate will have the opportunity to develop organizational strategy and roadmaps specific to the client's needs that align to specific business guiding principles and provide recommendations for product line partnership and integration. The candidate will also provide recommendations to streamline processes to address compliance requirements. Primary work location is Herndon, VA.

Key Responsibilities
Duties/Responsibilities
Conduct analysis and consultation for leadership through data collection, data analysis, and methodologies to inform decision-making and process improvements
Provide recommendations to streamline processes and standard operating procedures, and other ad hoc functions, based on industry best practices
Develop methods and plans for offices to easily capture ROI metrics, project plans, status updates, and organize project material
Review business and financial practices to ensure compliance with regulations and update process narratives, internal controls, account audits, and develop corrective action if necessary
Provide change management and policy support

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Education and Experience
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a consulting role in the IC
Required Skills/Abilities
U.S. Citizenship
TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
Demonstrated experience in project management and/or business process improvement
Demonstrated experience converting customer requirements into executable strategies
Ability to manage a diverse collection of work deliverables requiring strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Desired Skills/Abilities
PMP Certification
Demonstrated experience in the banking/finance industry
Demonstrated experience in Change Management
Demonstrated experience in Data Analysis
Demonstrated experience in Risk Management Analysis
Physical Requirements
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Routine video conference and/or in-person meetings.
Ability to attend planned meetings within the Washington Metro Area region.
