JOB TITLE: Project Administrator

REPORTS TO: Senior Program Manager

SUMMARY: The Junior Analyst will collaborate closely with Senior Program management to support the Service Line's project support and administrative functions. This position will require flexibility, a willingness to learn and perfect new and changing requirements, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.

Annual Salary is $50,000- $55,000 based on experience and interview.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compile weekly, monthly, and ad hoc project reports as directed by Program Management
  • Write and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)
  • Provide analytic and administrative support to Program Management and Director-level leadership (e.g. facilitating and attending meetings, preparing presentations/reports, drafting meeting minutes)
  • Assist with tracking tasks and deliverables
  • Support and coordinate with various project teams with deliverables as needed and coordinate with team members to complete tasks and address issues
  • Maintain strong relationships with program management and internal-DAWSON staff
  • Draft memorandums and correspondence with accuracy and clarity
  • Schedule and organize complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, service opportunities, and other department activities
  • Track and maintain access to office space.
  • Maintain and order office supplies and engage with external vendors to provide services and materials for the office space
  • Maintain office filing system for required documents (physical and electronic)
  • Create and maintain safety plans and procedures and train team on appropriate office safety
  • Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or three to five years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within constant changing priorities with enthusiasm
  • Proficient in MS Office and MS integrated apps
  • Experience with client relations preferred
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
