Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to provide project and functional support services to support the Financial Management Services (FMS) staff in the operations and maintenance of its core accounting system, Financial Management Modernization Initiative (FMMI) System, the FS Incident Business System (IBS) and the Forest Products Financial System (FPFS).

**This role is contingent upon proposal award and slated to begin in approximately Q3/Q4 2024**

Duties/ Responsibilities

• Authority to make decisions for the Contractor and must be the single Contractor representative responsible for all issues, concerns, or problems for this award instrument.
• Readily respond to questions, concerns, and comments./s
• Proactively alert the Government to potential contractual issues.
• Prepare a project plan showing all assigned projects, anticipated deliverables and outcomes, the activities that will be conducted to accomplish tasks, the resources required for each activity, and percent completed for each activity.
• Supervise and manage all contractor personnel (including development, training, and evaluation).
• Manage and ensure quality control for all services and deliverables.
• Comply with government-wide requirements such as the Privacy Act.
• Ensure that all deliverables and activities performed under the contract are completed successfully and are on time.
• Complete required computer security training and on-going security training to maintain access to agency computer systems.

• Attend, lead and facilitate meetings. Prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
• Manage task lists and action items.
• Prepare monthly status reports and provide a monthly program management review of the project.

Required Skills/Abilities

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Experience working with GitHub and Agile teams
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Personable and able to work with individuals at all levels
• Ability to plan, organize, and structure work
• Experience motivating teams in a virtual environment
• U.S Citizenship required

Education and Experience:

• 5-7 years of experience
• Bachelor of Science in business administration, IT, or any related field

Nice To Have:

• Experience working with Financial Management applications

Salary:

• $100k - $125k The salary range offered is an estimate made in good faith, intended to encompass various experience levels.
