The Growth Manager is responsible for helping Phase2 build our audience and opportunities within the healthcare industry. This role is a key link between marketing and sales. This role uses a variety of interpersonal skills, from message creation, campaign execution, and optimization to nurture and grow conversations between Phase2 and prospective clients.

The Growth Manager is in constant communication and coordination with Phase2 marketing and sales in order to better understand current market challenges that can be answered by what Phase2 can offer. They understand the breadth of our capabilities, are aware of what we're delivering for our clients, and craft messages that explain how Phase2 can address our potential client's pain points. They represent the voice of Phase2 through campaign creation and execution. They are consistent in their follow-up and can identify strategic trigger events that move a prospect down the funnel.

They are bold and comfortable having conversations, qualifying leads in a way that builds a relationship and ultimately trust in Phase2. They consistently update lead activity and are responsible for accurate up-to-date reporting in Hubspot and Salesforce. This position reports to: Vice President, Growth

Salary Range: Base salary 78-84k with quarterly bonus.

Job Responsibilities

  • Leverage engagement capabilities to reach segments within US healthcare providers and payers.
  • Coordinate with the team on omni-channel campaigns, including promotion of events (both in person and virtual).
  • Work with team to create topically-focused, large-scale ABM campaigns.
  • Introduce people to Phase2 at events, bringing appropriate contacts into the funnel
  • Write relevant and personalized communications for target audience development
  • Follow-up regularly with engaged prospects to move them into consideration stage
  • Maintain healthy, accurate, and up-to-date lead and contact data in Salesforce and Hubspot, making lead generation status transparent and accurate for all
  • Work to schedule and facilitate meetings with engaged prospects and inbound leads to qualify, validate and learn more about their needs, pain points, and areas of opportunity
  • Coordinate with Growth Directors to prepare and execute meetings with prospects

Qualifications

  • Experience with Account Based Marketing (ABM)
  • Experience in a client services organization, preferably on projects with top tier consulting firms or digital agencies (including web, mobile, brand, and digital strategy consulting projects)
  • Critical thinking, especially when assessing the viability of target accounts
  • Experience evaluating a prospective client's business and emerging needs, and with help from practice experts, proposing solutions that match those needs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong understanding of web development technologies and creative design lifecycle
  • Ability to write strategic communications using multiple marketing channels
  • Ability to work independently and also to collaborate when necessary to creatively solve problems
  • Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Consulting background or agency experience a plus
  • Specific knowledge of business strategy and ROI for full breadth of Health industry
  • Knowledge of common web-based applications including digital experience platforms (DXP), hosting, marketing automation tools, contact relationship management, and online portal solutions

Key Metrics

  • # of Opportunities created
  • Campaign effectiveness (reach, interest, engagement, conversion)
  • Lead funnel drive (MQL -> SQL -> Opp), measured by velocity
  • Accurate reporting at each lead phase synced Salesforce & Hubspot

Advancement Criteria

Phase2 is committed to transparency for career advancement. Eligibility for advancement is dependent on:

  • Performance Management evaluation history indicating strong performance and exceeding expectations of current role;
  • Consistent demonstration of successfully executing the minimum qualifications of the next level
  • Endorsement from senior leadership and peers

The typical advancement path is to Growth Director or Director, Strategic Partnerships.

Physical Requirements

  • Frequently remain in a stationary position, often standing or sitting for prolonged periods of time.
  • Occasional adjusting or moving of light objects up to 20 pounds in all directions.
  • Continuous communication on live video chats, calls, and through emails and messaging platforms for the purpose of exchanging information.
  • Continuous repetitive movements that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
  • Travel approx. 15% - 25% of the year

May also be responsible for making improvements or recommendations to existing procedures.
