The Digital Solutions subservice line (SSL) is seeking a Practice Area Lead (PAL) for Agile Delivery, where a Practice Area (PA) is distinct capability set that supports SSL and LMI priorities and vision. The PAL will be responsible for 1) developing a strategy for their Practice Area that aligns with SSL strategy and capability maturation; 2) supporting client projects, business development and growth for their PA, and 3) talent management and development within their PA.
The Agile Delivery PAL will lead Agile digital services delivery and related activities which include the stand-up of agile teams, management of agile projects, and the development and delivery of digital solutions, including low-code platforms. The Agile Delivery PAL will work closely with the DevSecOps PAL to orchestrate software factories for continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), and automated testing and deployment in cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments. The PAL will report directly to the SSL Vice President, and is expected to support PA responsibilities with up to 50% of their time.

Minimum Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in management consulting or federal government service, executing IT product and service delivery in a leadership role
5+ years of experience implementing Agile deployments in both cloud and virtual on-prem environments
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related discipline
Demonstrated subject matter expertise in Agile methodologies including Scum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
Ability to lead, nurture, and develop people in an effective way with positive impacts to both the employee and LMI
Ability to understand and align competing work priorities and outcomes with internal partners (e.g., service line and/or market)
Demonstrated expertise leading and/or supporting successful proposal and business development efforts
Demonstrated expertise and success championing new technology-related capabilities or services
