Find out more here: The Laboratory of Dr. Bethea is in search of a highly motivated Laboratory Technician. The Bethea laboratory works on neuroimmune mechanisms of CNS injury and repair with the ultimate goal of developing new therapies for chronic pain and other neurodegenerative disorders. The Laboratory Technician will work with our team to maintain transgenic mouse colonies. They will be responsible for ensuring maintenance of mouse colony records and perform genotyping. Responsibilities/expectations include but are not limited to:

Minimum Qualifications: | Qualified candidates will hold a high school diploma/GED plus 1.5 years of relevant professional experience, or, a Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant area of study. Degree must be conferred by the start date of the position. |
