Project Name: Bishop Hill I Repower Wind Project
Project Location: 16999 N 450th Ave, Cambridge, IL 61238

PRIMARY OBJECTIVE(S) OF POSITION
Operates equipment as directed and specified while adhering to all rules and regulations as mandated by Mortenson safety policies and procedures.

High quality, professional work product performed with initiative, productivity, a positive attitude and behavior.
Performance should meet or exceed the established standards, goals, and accountabilities of the position.

KEY RESULT AREAS (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
A. Operates the following equipment based on the requirements of the project:
1. Blade
2. Dozer
3. Loader
4. Scraper
5. Forklift/Telehandler
6. Crane
7. Bobcat/Skid-steer
8. Boom Lifts/Aerial Lifts
9. Roller
B. Follows prescribed safety regulations
C. Ensure that all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area
D. Performs routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning
E. Observes equipment operation to detect machine malfunction
F. Follows work plans and pre-task cards
G. Other duties and responsibilities
