About the role:
Actively seeking an experienced and talented full-timeMicrosoft D365 BC and Dynamics GPSenior Integration Consultant to join an empowered international consulting services company. This client facing role requires a proven track record of reviewing client business processes and integration requirements, re-engineering the client's processes to improve efficiency, configuring integrations as part of successful software implementations and ongoing client process improvements, and troubleshooting integration issues as part of ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform remote or on-site consulting services, including solution architecting, for Microsoft Dynamics D365 BC and Dynamics GP in the areas of requirements gathering, business process review, application, and integration design, configuration, testing, end-user training, go live, and ongoing support.
- Engage with client leadership and decision-makers to gain an understanding of client business and technical current state, future vision, identify any risks, and prepare estimate of services to accomplish future state, including review with client.
- Prepare high-quality deliverables for customers that support recommendations based on experience and expertise.
- Identify and manage projects and client-related risks and issues.
- Develop appropriate relationships with clients, interacting with the client project team regarding task status and representing Sikich through client contact.
- Learn and execute Sikich project methodology.
- Provide ongoing helpdesk support for Dynamics GP clients, as requested.
- Meet productivity and efficiency standards (billable hours and realization rates)
- Complete client implementations independently, assisting with coordinating project plans and client communications.
- Perform formal and informal mentoring to team members.
- Continuously seek to learn new skills and contribute learnings back to practice.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional service integration experience with D365 BC and Dynamics GP integrations tools.
- Functional understanding of Microsoft D365 BC and Dynamics GP integration methods, including SmartConnect, SSIS, Web services, eConnect, Celigo, Integration Manager, KingswaySoft, and SQL Server Stored procedures.
- Understanding and experience with SSRS report writer and Management Reporter with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus.
- Understanding and experience with Jet Reports/Jet Analytics is a plus.
- Understanding and experience with PowerBI is a plus.
- Experience with modeling business processes and translating requirements into a business application particularly in a variety of industries.
- Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and demonstrate strong organizational habits.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess a professional presence and strong presentation skills suitable for direct client interaction by telephone, video, or in-person.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to quality, self-motivation, and a desire to succeed.
- General Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies (MS SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Office 365).
