C2 seeks a Senior Instructional Systems Specialist to support the Federal Bureau of Investigation located in Washington, DC.
Summary
The Human Resources Branch (HRB), Office of Disciplinary Appeals (ODA) requires (support across ODA to meet HRB's mission.
In order to advance the HRB/ODA mission, the ODA requires assistance in creating sound educational and training products that support information sharing and best practices to train Disciplinary Review Board participants, as well as Delegated Appeal Program participants, in the appeal process. To accomplish this goal, ODA requires theknowledge, skills, and expertise of a senior-level Instructional System Specialist (ISS) to support the analysis, development, delivery, implementation, and evaluation of ODA training products.
The ISS follows a systematic instructional systems design process following the ADDIE model to analyze trainingneeds, conduct analyses, create meaningful learning objectives, map learning objectives to training, select deliverymethods, develop effective learning strategies, and conduct evaluations. The ODA ISS ensures alignment of training to learning objectives and assessment items and participates in assessment validation processes.
