Job Description

As Sr. Software Developer, you'll be responsible for using your knowledge of programming languages to design software programs. Your duties include meeting with clients to determine their software needs, coding and testing software to ensure functionality and updating and refining software programs as requested by stakeholders and as required.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET applications using C# programming language and SQL database.
  • Lead the full software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and ongoing support.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve our development processes.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science of other computer related disciplines. Additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 7+ years' experience in web development using Microsoft technologies and 3+ years as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with hands-on experience developing custom applications and integrations using .NET core frameworks, C#, MVC, Web API, and ASPX Web form.
  • 7+ years of experience in handling Microsoft SQL server databases using ADO.net, Entity Framework, and writing SQL queries.
  • 7+ years of experience in designing front-end applications using JavaScript, jQuery, and CSS.
  • Highly proficient in configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - Dynamics 365 software solutions.
  • Proven hands-on experience working with data sources, APIs, and integration tools to ensure seamless data flow and accurate data management within the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Broad understanding of SDLC concepts as well as system design including REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, SOAP.
  • Proven experience with data management and governance best practices including privacy and consent.
