Position Overview: VTG is seeking a talented and experienced Front End Developer to join our dynamic and innovative team in multiple locations across DC. Metro Area. As a Front End Developer, you work closely with cross functional teams, including designers, and back-end developer to bring visually appealing and intuitive user experience to life.
What will you do?
- Collaborate with our design and development teams to create user-friendly web interfaces.
- Translate design concepts into responsive and interactive web applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize web applications for various devices and screen sizes.
- Implement and maintain web accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity.
- Test and debug web applications, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Use version control systems to manage codebase and collaborate effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and best practices.
Do you have what it takes?
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with React and/or other modern front-end libraries/frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with web development tools and build systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
