Are you an experienced IT Project Manager? If so, we would love to speak with you!

As an IT Project Manager with Deluxe, you will manage large projects from inception through implementation. Your success is determined through establishing and implementing sound project management and agile/scrum processes and methodologies, having strong financial and resource management, the ability to perform risk/issue management, and clear communication to all levels within the organization.

  • Lead daily morning scrum team meetings and facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.Actively leads and conducts daily stand-ups, weekly cross-functional team discussions, monthly stakeholder reviews; drives and managed various planning activities (project planning, resource planning, financial planning) and retrospective discussions to bring a continuous improvement mindset to a software development team.

  • Proactively identify and remove impediments to team success with a positive and results orientated disposition.Facilitate discussions within the team and across the organization to work through conflicts, prioritization challenges and issue resolution. Quickly identifies and documents project risks and mitigation strategies, then manages those strategies and/or owners to lessen or mitigate probability of occurrence and impact to project

  • Responsible for delivery of project deliverables on-time and within budget. Manages one or more projects of medium to high complexity.Responsible for identification of project scope, key deliverables, establishing and tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.

  • Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed.Pro-actively integrates, monitors and controls project deliverables & schedules and their dependencies, both project related (schedule resource, financials, risks, quality) and non-project (other projects deliverables).

  • Responsible/accountable for financial management and controls, and for resource management plans, along with providing leadership support and guidance to team members.Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.

Basic Qualifications (BQs)

Education and experience:Bachelor's degree and 5 years of related experienceor high school diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

Education and experience: Bachelor's degree and7years of experiencemanaging technology projects

Field of study:Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration

Project Management(PMI)certification

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
