Affordable Housing Mission

A large portion of our revenue supports our nonprofit parent company, Enterprise Community Partners, Inc., which creates and advocates for affordable housing for low and moderate income families in diverse, thriving communities.

The U.S. is in the midst of a housing insecurity crisis that affects nearly 19 million low and moderate-income families. The crisis touches families who are homeless or pay more than half their monthly income on housing.

Committed to the Industry

Committed to truth and honesty, we are doing what we can to move the CRE industry forward. The Bellwether Enterprise Foundation supports humanitarian assistance for low-income populations across the country. Our College Scholarship Fund provides financial assistance to diverse, low-income students interested in learning about commercial real estate.
