The role:

As an End User Technology Engineer with Deluxe, you will implement and support the current toolset defined for end-user computing technologies within the organization including the deployment, management, and maintenance of all enterprise-managed devices.

• Install, configure, and support application delivery systems (e.g. Configuration Manager, Intune, and Jamf Pro) and/or applications for end users. Capable of making major adjustments to existing processes and procedures to accommodate changes in the environments and requests to drive automated efficiencies

• Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and resolve fairly complex hardware and software issues on application delivery systems and client software

• Create packages and programs in deployment tool

• Schedule, test, monitor, and pilot new software deployments in a lab environment following standard processes. Report on deployment status and provide feedback to the appropriate customer

• Review and deploy system patches, Windows Update for Business, software and firmware updates according to best practices

• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues using problem management and various deployment toolsets

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experienceor high school diploma/GED and 9 years of related experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, A+

• 2 years of experience with executing aspects of architecture, design, build, and implementation of technical solutions, and capabilities
